Once your order is on its way, we want you to know exactly where it is. Here is everything you need to know about tracking your AtlantisPrints delivery.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Information?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched
- The email will include a tracking link and your carrier's name
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your dispatch confirmation email
How to Track Your Order
- Open your shipping confirmation email from AtlantisPrints
- Click the Track my order link in the email
- You will be taken to the carrier's tracking page
- Enter your tracking number if prompted — it can be found in the same email
Understanding Your Tracking Status
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Order confirmed | We have received your order and are preparing it |
| In production | Your print is being made (allow extra time for customised orders) |
| Dispatched | Your order has left our facility and is with the carrier |
| Out for delivery | Your order is on its way to your address today |
| Delivered | Your order has been delivered |
Customised Orders
Customised prints require an additional 2 to 3 business days for production before dispatch. Your tracking link will be sent once the print is ready and handed to the carrier.
My Order Hasn't Moved — What Should I Do?
If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days:
- Check your spam folder for the shipping confirmation email
- Make sure you are using the correct tracking number
- Contact us at support@atlantisprints.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately
Missed Delivery?
If you were not home when the carrier attempted delivery:
- Check your tracking page for redelivery or collection instructions
- Most carriers will attempt delivery again the next working day
- Alternatively, you may be able to redirect your parcel to a local collection point via the carrier's app or website
